Hourly rate
$193.99 p/hr
This price applies to all service delivery types including assessment, therapy, travel and non-clinical documentation and coordination with other stakeholders (GP, Allied health care team members). This also includes telehealth services.
(Including clients covered by NDIS, medicare, private health, DVA)
* Please note we do not see participants managed by the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA).
Service Delivery Types
Initial Assessment:
1 - 2 hours
Includes review of previous documentation/reports, case history, formal assessment, observation, analysis and interpretation of assessment results.
Report Writing:
2- 3 hours
Includes scoring of formal assessments, analysis and comparison to standardised norms. Reports may include initial summary reports, plan review reports (NDIS), swallowing reports, mealtime management plans, home programs, referrals to GP and other specialists etc.
Intervention:
1 hour
Our standard consultation time is 75 minutes, including 60min of intervention and 15min of documentation and session planning. Other session times are available depending on your needs. i.e pricing for a 60 minute session is $242.60.
Travel:
Hourly rate
Travel fees are calculated at the standard hourly rates outlined above, at 5 minute increments. Travel also incurs non-labour travel fees which are charged at the recommended rate of 0.97c per Km travelled.
Travel fees will be quoted and agreed upon prior to the initial session.
Resource Preparation:

It is important to us that our resources are of a high quality and the time taken to develop each resource is reflective of this. All resources and an estimated timeframe will be discussed with you prior to development.
All resource development admin is charged at an hourly rate as outlined above.
Care Coordination:
Hourly rate
Close collaboration with your care team is important to ensure a holistic management approach to support you to achieve your goals.
This service may include phone calls and emails to your GP, Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) or Gastroenterology specialists, other Allied Health Professionals, NDIS care team (Support Coordinators or Plan Managers) etc.
All care-coordination admin is charged at an hourly rate as outlined above.
